Shipping & Returns

POSTAL SHIPMENTS

All orders are shipped by regular courier service, and delivered to your home. We deliver free of charge for orders over €300 in the Benelux and over €500 in the rest of Europe. We also take smaller orders, but for this we charge a fee of €30 on each order for handling, logistics and administration costs.

COLLECTIONS

You can also pick up your order at our showroom in Mariakerke. Please register with one of our colleagues in the showroom with your order number and order confirmation. Your delivery will be ready from 24 hours after your order, if you have not been informed otherwise.

RETURNS

We are also happy to make clear arrangements about the possibility of returning items:

We are happy to take back all tools within 14 days of delivery. We will refund you the full amount on the same payment method used for the purchase. Return goods must be returned unused, and with all labels and original packing material intact. We will provide a refund within 14 days of receiving the return.

Our fabrics and supplies are cut to size and cannot be returned. We encourage you to use the sample service to ensure you make the right choice. In addition, you are of course welcome to visit our showroom and we will be happy to help you at service@mublo.com or via our contact form.
