What are the delivery times for my order?

All fabrics are cut the morning after your order and shipped with a courier service. Because of this, you never have to wait long for your order. Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with shipping details and expected delivery date.

We have the supplies and tools in stock in our warehouse, so they will also be shipped the morning after your order.

For whole rolls, we charge an extra day. If in stock, we will ship them after one day. Sometimes a roll may need to be backordered. If this is the case, we will inform you as soon as we have a delivery date. You can always contact for additional information.

Can I order samples?

Our free sample service allows you to quickly receive small samples of your desired product. To do so, go to your desired product and click on "Request a Sample". After completing the form, you will receive a 10x10cm cut sample, of 5 samples of your choice.

Accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, BanContact, iDéal and Giropay. We fully rely on the services of the third parties, and their secure services. All transactions are encrypted by the website and we have no access to your payment method details.

Our partner Klarna is a trusted payment service provider that offers consumers around the world flexible shopping and payment services. Pay for your purchase up to 30 days later, at no extra cost. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email from Klarna with more information on how and where to pay.

Can I stop by the showroom?

Our showroom is open Monday through Friday from 9 am - 5 pm.
