What are the delivery times for my order?
All fabrics are cut the morning after your order and shipped with Bpost. This means you never have to wait long for your order. Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with the shipping details and expected delivery date.
The supplies and tools we have in stock in our warehouse, and are therefore sent the morning after your order.
For whole rolls we charge one day extra. If in stock, we will ship them after one day. It can sometimes happen that a roll has to be back-ordered. If this is the case we will inform you as soon as we have a delivery date. You can always contact service@mublo.com for additional information.
Can I order samples?
Our free sample service allows you to quickly receive small samples of your desired product. To do so, go to the desired product and click on "Request a Sample". After filling out the form you will receive a 10x10cm cut sample, of 5 samples of your choice.
